such as Ezzy Living, to send them qualified tenants. We have an excellent
relationship with the Houston apartment communities, allowing us to provide you
with top-notch rental help.

Will I still be eligible for Move-In Specials if I use Ezzy
Living as my referral?

Yes. Getting rental help from Ezzy Living will not affect Move-In Specials.
Should any property try to underhandedly withhold a move special for using a
locator, let us know and we will make sure that you get your move special PLUS
your $100 rebate from Ezzy Living. Either the property or Ezzy Living will
compensate you for the special.

Will my Rental Rate be affected if I use Ezzy Living?

No. The properties pay us a referral fee out of their advertising budget and
this in NO way affects your rental rate.
