Job Description: Ezzy Living is a
growing real estate company that specializes in residential leasing. Our main
office is located in Houston with new Dallas and Austin branches. We are
looking for current Texas Licensed Real Estate Agents for Houston. Applicants
must be willing to work from both home and office, be a hard worker, have sales
skills, have people skills, be loyal and responsible, and be self-motivated.
The agent will be responsible for:
*Taking on new clients
*Recommending relevant apartments to clients
*Preparing customized lists of properties matching clients’
criteria
*Following up with current clients
*Leasing clients at apartments
*Providing optional tour of apartments for clients
Job Requirements: Currently, Ezzy
Living is interviewing for licensed real estate agent part-time or full-time
positions in our Houston office. A license is not necessary to interview. If
you are currently a student graduating in May, Ezzy Living will help new hires
receive their license prior to their start date. Ezzy Living focuses on leasing
higher end lofts, town homes, high rises, houses and apartments in and around
the inner loop and Galleria area.
All leads (potential clients) are generated for agents and all of our leads are
good credit, quality prospective tenants. We encourage all of our licensed real
estates to take 10-15 leads per day. Office administration and clerical support
including invoicing, advertising, and collections is provided for all agents.
Commission splits between the agent and broker are competitive and compensation
options include hourly plus commission, base plus commission, strictly
commission, and strictly commission with draw. Extensive training is provided
for new agents and after training agents have an opportunity to work from home
if desired.
